I chose the template because I love to travel. I was in the Navy for 21 years and most of my years were spent traveling the Far East, Europe and the Marianna Islands. Traveling awakens a certain passion in me that never grows old.
Marvin, when I opened your blog, my first impression was that of the older homes in Europe, particularly England because my parents were stationed there in the 1950s and the background reminded me of their flat at the time. I like the use of the white color for the font because it pops out and is easy on the eyes. I think the only thing I would adjust would be the font size, other than that I really like your choice of template.
